Display Advertisements

Display ad space reservations (written reservation) must be received eight weeks prior to the issue date for which the ad is expected to run.
The media containing the ad file must arrive six weeks before the issue date in order to guarantee the space will be available.
Back cover ads should be designed 1 1/2 inches shorter than the trim size height to ensure that no portion of the ad will be lost. The box should be positioned at the top of the page.
Ad placement is at the discretion of the editor.
Payment for display advertising is expected with the submission of the ad. In cases where a invoice is involved, payment is expected within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Display Ad Discounts

*National Buy Discounts—One-half or full-page display ads may qualify for the National Buy Discount of 15%. Advertisement must appear in at least five (5) union papers. For information on national buy discounts visit: www.nadnationalbuy.com.
Contract discounts for display ads are now available. Ads must be 9 column inches or larger to qualify for discounts.
Minimum 4 without copy changes guaranteed per calendar year—10%; or 12 guaranteed per calendar year—15%.
Contract for ads in advance to get discounts.
